Because our tortelloni is freshly made, the pasta cooks perfectly al dente in only 2-3 minutes. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
Our fresh, gluten-free pasta is perishable and should be placed in your refrigerator (for up to 5 days) or your freezer (for up to 1 year after the produced on date shown on pack) immediately upon arrival. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.

Dough: Brown Rice Flour, Water, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone, Spinach Flakes.
Filling: Ricotta Cheese (pasteurized whey, cream, milk, vinegar, salt), Parmesan Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzyme), Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzyme), Olive Oil, Potato Flakes, Spinach Flakes, Salt, Black Pepper.
*Glucono delta-lactone is a natural acidifier also found in wine and honey.

Fresh feels different. It’s more flavorful and firm with each bite – the way pasta is meant to be.
I followed the recipe on the bag but the noodles just had a terrible flavor. I did not like them whatsoever. I am sure I could have eaten them if I had drowned the tortellini in some sort of sauce. However with the pasta being the main flavor I could not even finish my bowl. Really disappointed had high hopes for this.
My partner is gluten intolerant. I’m part Italian. Bread and pasta (noodle products) are the two items I miss. I love Taste Republic products! Now for the bread.
This was a quick and easy meal for our family. I served it with a homemade Alfredo sauce. It was pretty good. I think it could use some more seasoning maybe. Since no one in our family eats gluten-free, it’s not something I’ll buy regularly. But I liked it enough that if I needed to make a gluten free meal, I would use it again.
I received a free coupon from Tryazon and wasn't able to find the Cacio e Pepe flavor so I opted for this one because I thought having a bit of extra nutrients would be nice. I didn't taste any spinach and there was a good amount of cheese flavor! It was so easy to prepare and we made our own Cacio e Pepe sauce on top and even my husband liked it!! Also very filling. It’s hard to find good quality GF pasta that doesn’t have a grainy or falling apart texture so this was wonderful.
